We offer a 30 Day money-back guarantee on all Forever Living products. To claim under the guarantee click here to start the return process. Then return the unopened product to us with the product receipt/invoice enclosed.

We cannot process a refund without both the container and the receipt/invoice. If the product and the receipt/invoice are not received and/or the product has been opened/used within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt/invoice no refund is payable. Please also see our terms and conditions for more information.

Aloe Herbal makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.

    • We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs.

If You Haven't Received Your Item

If you have not received your order within 14 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact Customers Services or email us at sales@aloe-herbal.co.uk including your order number, name and delivery details for us to help you further.

Failure to provide these details will not able us to track your order and provide you with accurate information.

Cancel your Order

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and prior to the delivery of the goods. If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible by clicking here. We will need to know the name the order was placed in, your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been delivered and you wish to send it back, please refer to our Returns Policy above.


How are Refunds Issued?

If your purchase from Aloe Herbal is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund.

Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

    • Any refund requests made must comply with our terms and conditions found here. The product must also be unused, in its original unopened packaging for a refund request to be actioned. Failure to do so will mean your refund request being declined.
