How can I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking the "Buy Now" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit or charge card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and Amex. Payment by Cheque will be subject to clearance of funds into our account which may take up to 21 days. Your details are processed directly through a secure payment gateway (SagePay) and NEVER stored on our servers. We only store the last 4 digits of the card for validation purposes. Payments are processed in compliance with UK regulations such as PCI-DSS. With over 50,000 websites using Sage Pay, they are known as one of the most trusted payment companies in Europe.

What happens once I've placed my order?

What methods of payment do you accept?

When we receive your order we'll order your items from our suppliers (unless they are in stock). Once your goods are available we will arrange delivery. Parcel deliveries will be delivered within the stated delivery time during your checkout. For more details on delivery, please see the Delivery section for more information.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and prior to the delivery of the goods. If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible by clicking here. We will need to know the name the order was placed in, your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been delivered and you wish to send it back, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Secure Payments and Fraud Prevention

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Aloe Herbal reserves the right to void or refund any transaction if not satisfied with the validity of the card used to make payment. The decision of Aloe Herbal in this respect is final. Our integrated secure server provides up to 256-bit encryption the highest available with a minimum of 128-bit encryption. This means your personal details and card details are safe and unreadable by anyone else.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraud very seriously and that's why all of our payments go through manual checks as well as the industry standard automatic checks. We use 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode). These provide an additional layer of security on top of the standard security checks. All payments are processed through a 'fraud score' system and in some cases we may need to contact you regarding your payment for security purposes. We work closely with our payments partner and regularly check payments. Any payments proven to be fraudulent are reported to the Police.

    • Where a payment is incorrectly credited to the Aloe Herbal account, Aloe Herbal will make a refund as soon as the error is discovered. Aloe Herbal are not responsible for loss of interest or bank charges incurred as a result of excess or duplicate payments.
