Shipping

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail or courier, dependant on weight and volume.

  • For UK orders less than £50 - £7.50 will be added for post and packing.
  • For UK orders over £50– post and packing is FREE
For all overseas deliveries the cost of carriage is calculated by weight and country.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We will normally ship your order within 14 working days of receipt of cleared funds using Royal Mail or our courier service. If goods are out of stock we notify you of the date you can expect the goods to be delivered. 



Lost Parcels.

In the unlikely event of Royal Mail or our Courier losing a parcel we will replace it without charge after making the appropriate enquiries. You must advise us in writing that you have not received the parcel within 7 days of our despatch date (which we advise you by email) to enable us to make our enquires. If we cannot locate your parcel we will re-despatch the order.  If you are not in when the postman or courier calls you will be left a card and you must make arrangements for collection of the package.

Damaged Parcels

We have very few problems with damages as our packages are well wrapped, however if you find your parcel has been damaged in the post please advise us in writing as soon as possible so that we can replace any damaged product for you. We will need you to return the damaged packaging and its contents to us before we replace the package. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you do not supply adequate delivery instructions or if delivery is refused, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund you the price of the products, but the delivery charges incurred are non-refundable. If you have any problems with your delivery or the products you have received, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if notification is received after 14 days of the delivery date.
